and Savannah Electric - earned the top five spots in overall satisfaction
among large customers.
We've put
together the most comprehensive information about commercial customers
in the United States. We use the data about how, when, and why
energy is used to help customers learn what they can do to get
the best results at the best cost.
In addition
to marketing representatives who know their customers' businesses
and work to meet their needs, we have dedicated business customer
call centers. With the convenience of a telephone call to our
energy experts, business customers can get help with pricing options
and inquiries, energy issues, and technical matters.

Satisfaction Travels Well
Our
ability to satisfy customers also travels well outside the Southeast.
We're working
to achieve the same customer satisfaction in our other U.S. markets
as well as in Europe, Asia, South America, and the Caribbean.
It's been
successful. When we acquired SWEB in 1995, the company was the
worst in a national ranking of customer complaints received. Today
it ranks best in customer satisfaction.
SWEB is also
an environmental leader. Through its Green Electron program -
the first of its kind in the United Kingdom - customers can choose
to support electricity produced from renewable resources. More
than 2,000 customers participate in the program.

from SWEB. England's markets are now open to retail competition.
