Auction Registration Process

Documents required to participate in the Southern Company Energy Auction:

• Participant Agreement-Version 1.0 (PDF 55 KB)
• Proforma EEI Master Power Purchase and Sale Agreement Cover Sheet (Word 149 KB)
• Proforma Paragraph 10 to the Collateral Annex to the EEI Master Power Purchase and Sale Agreement (Word 88 KB)

Registration Instructions:

• Auction participants may begin the registration process by downloading the Participant Agreement and submitting the completed agreement to the Southern Company Services Risk Control department:

• If no EEI agreement is in place, then download the Proforma EEI Master Power Purchase and Sale Agreement and Proforma Paragraph 10 to the Collateral Annex, and return with comments.
• Once these documents are in place, auction participants will be granted a User ID and temporary password for a participant administrator to access the auction Web site and set up additional users.
