How long have you been with the company? 28 years
What are your current job responsibilities? Ensuring daily work is scheduled in a manner to support safe operation of the plant and that minimizes nuclear/personal/radiological risk.
What do you love about your job? I enjoy coordinating with plant departments to ensure we are scheduling work in a manner that efficiently uses their resources and allows for successful implementation of the work plan. I also enjoy encouraging and motivating others to improve our work management performance.

Favorite food: Turkey and dressing
What is your favorite movie and why? The last movie that had a significant impact on my thought life is Hidden Figures. Thinking about this movie makes me feel proud of who I am and my culture, motivates me to improve myself in some area on a daily basis, and it motivates me to encourage others to be the best they can be.

What are your hobbies? Reading
What interests you about nuclear energy? Electricity can help people have a quality life. It is a clean source energy. I aIso like the training, the processes and the order that is required for the nuclear industry to be successful.
