Southern Company's 2019 Annual Report and 2020 Proxy Statement are now available for viewing.
Chairman, President and CEO Tom Fanning’s letter to shareholders provides a summary update of major accomplishments in each of our company’s five major priorities:

In order to practice Safety First and comply with recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention during the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s annual meeting of stockholders on Wednesday, May 27 at 10 a.m. ET will be a virtual meeting that stockholders will be able to attend online, in lieu of our customary in-person meeting at the Lodge at Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, Georgia.
