With the new year, we've officially welcomed our new look.
We recently unveiled our new brand, furthering our mission to honor the past while we build the future of energy.
That unity was on display last week as our Atlanta headquarters buildings Georgia Power, Southern Company Gas and Southern LINC simultaneously illuminated the Atlanta skyline with new logo signage. Employees attended "Lighting Up" events at three locations across the city - and others participated virtually through live streams on the company Facebook pages. In unison, employees cheered and celebrated as the new brand colors - red, green and blue - illuminated a clear winter evening.
"This is not just a new logo or design - it represents a new era for our company," said External Affairs President Chris Womack. "It's important that we connect the new mark with our story of using our strong foundation to build the future of energy."
