Southern Company Recognized for Diversity

<p>For the second consecutive year, Southern Company has been named to Black Enterprise’s <a href="http://www.blackenterprise.com/belist/50-best-companies-diversity-2018/" target="_blank">50 Best Companies for Diversity in 2018</a>. After conducting an extensive study, Black Enterprise compiled a list to honor the corporations leading the way to a more diverse future.</p>
<p>The companies are selected for their commitment to creating pathways to more dynamic workforces, representative corporate governance, expansive supplier pools and inclusive management. The Black Enterprise editorial team examined the ethnic and gender composition of these corporations and sought to understand their diversity and inclusion programs.</p>
